Effect and mechanism of food diversity in the prevention of food allergy in infancy
Food allergy is a common chronic disease in childhood.The role of solid food introduction in the prevention of allergic diseases has attracted widespread attention in scholars.In recent years,the guidelines for the prevention of infant food allergy have changed.This article reviews the effect and possible mechanism of introducing diversified foods in early infancy to prevent food allergy,so as to provide help for clinical prevention of food allergy.
