摘要
目的 探讨护士职业压力与经前期综合征的关系.方法 应用自行设计的一般资料调查表、护士职业压力源量表(chinese nurses stressor scale,CNSS)和经前期综合征调查问卷(daily record of severity of problems,DRSP)对北京市某三甲医院321名护士进行调查分析.结果 本组护士职业压力得分(89.87±18.42),护士经前期综合征的发病率为47.4%,压力与经前期综合征呈正相关(r=0.225,P<0.01).结论 护士职业压力大,经前期综合征得分高,管理者应注重护士的行为心理管理,减轻护士压力,促进护士身心健康,保证护理质量.
Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to explore the current situation of Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and the relationship between PMS and job stress in Chinese nurses.Methods 321 nurses working in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing city were recruited in this study.Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale (CNSS) questionnaire and Daily Record of Severity of Problems (DRSP) questionnaire were filled out.Results The prevalence of PMS in this sample was 47.4%.Job stress had significant impact on PMS (r=0.225,P<0.01).Conclusion Our study revealed a high prevalence of PMS in Chinses nurses.Job stress had significant impact on PMS.Therefore,health education,appropriate medical treatment and counseling services,as part of the overall health service,should be availed and provided to nurses.
