HE4、CA125、Atg5水平在不同级别浆液性卵巢癌患者组织内表达水平变化意义分析

摘要
目的 探讨浆液性卵巢癌组织中人附睾蛋白4(HE4)、人自噬相关蛋白5(Atg5)、血清糖类抗原125(CA125)的表达及其临床意义.方法 选取沧州市中心医院2021年8月至2022年7月收治的112例浆液性卵巢癌患者作为病例组、因子宫肌瘤妇科手术获取的正常卵巢组织标本60例作为对照组;检测两组患者的卵巢组织中的HE4、Atg5表达及血清CA125水平差异,并分别比较不同病理学分级、FIGO分期、是否发生淋巴结转移的浆液性卵巢癌患者上述指标的差异.结果 病例组患者卵巢组织标本中的HE4阳性表达率为60.71％,显著高于对照组的31.67％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);病例组患者卵巢组织标本中的Atg5阳性表达率为34.82％,显著低于对照组的78.33％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);病例组血清CA125水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同FIGO分期、不同病理学分级、是否发生淋巴结转移的浆液性卵巢癌组织中HE4蛋白阳性表达率进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同FIGO分期的浆液性卵巢癌组织中Atg5蛋白阳性表达率进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05);不同FIGO分期、不同病理学分级、是否发生淋巴结转移的浆液性卵巢癌患者血清CA125水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 浆液性卵巢癌组织中HE4蛋白表达、Atg5蛋白表达、血清CA125表达,均与浆液性卵巢癌的FIGO分期有关,HE4蛋白表达、血清CA125水平与浆液性卵巢癌分级及发生淋巴结转移有关.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of human epididymal protein 4(HE4),human autophagy associated protein 5(Atg5)and serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in serous ovarian cancer.Methods We selected 112 patients with serous ovarian cancer admitted to Cangzhou Central Hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 as the case group,and 60 normal ovarian tissue samples obtained from gynecological surgery for uterine fibroids were selected as the control group;Detect the differences in the expression of HE4 and Atg5 in ovarian tissue and serum CA125 levels between two groups of patients,and compare the differences in the above indicators among serous ovarian cancer patients with different pathological grades,FIGO staging,and whether lymph node metastasis has occurred.Results The positive expression rate of HE4 in ovarian tissue samples of patients in the case group was 60.71％,significantly higher than 31.67％in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);The positive expression rate of Atg5 in ovarian tissue samples of patients in the case group was 34.82％,significantly lower than 78.33％in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);The serum CA125 level in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);The positive expression rate of HE4 protein in serous ovarian cancer tissues with different FIGO stages,pathological grades,and lymph node metastasis was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The positive expression rate of Atg5 protein in serous ovarian cancer tissues with different FIGO stages was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in serum CA125 levels among patients with serous ovarian cancer with different FIGO staging,pathological grading,and lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05).Conclusions The high expression of HE4 protein,Atg5 protein and serum CA125 in serous ovarian cancer are related to the FIGO stage of serous ovarian cancer.The expression of HE4 protein and serum CA125 are related to the grade of serous ovarian cancer and the occurrence of lymph node metastasis.
