Effect of serum FGF21,ITGβ-1 and FOXA1 in preeclampsia and their correlation with pregnancy outcome
Objective To study effect of serum Fibroblast growth factor-21(FGF21),integrin β1(ITGβ-1)and FOXA1 in preeclampsia and their correlation with pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 150 cases of preeclampsia patients admitted to Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects and set as the case group, and 100 healthy pregnant women from the pregnancy examination of undergoing concurrent pregnancy were selected as the control group. The changes of serum FGF21,ITGβ-1 and FOXA1 levels, pregnancy outcomes and their correlation analysis were compared. Results Serum levels of FGF21,ITGβ-1 and FOXA1 in case group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The serum levels of FGF21,ITGβ-1 and FOXA1 in mild group were significantly lower than those in severe group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the neonatal weight and Apgar score were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Correlation analysis results showed that serum FGF21,ITGβ-1 and FOXA1 were positively correlated with neonatal asphyxia, premature infants and low birth weight infants, and negatively correlated with neonatal weight and Apgar score(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of serum FGF21,ITGβ-1 and FOXA1 is closely related to adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with preeclampsia.
