目的 研究细胞分裂周期因子25A(cell division cycle factor 25A,CDC25A)和高迁移率族蛋白1(high mobility group protein B1,HMGB1)在宫颈癌组织中的表达及与患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法 收集2017年12月至2019年12月在本院住院手术的126例宫颈癌患者的临床资料。采用免疫组化检测宫颈癌和癌旁组织CDC25A、HMGB1蛋白的表达;Kaplan-Meier法分析CDC25A、HMGB1表达与预后的关系,并采用多因素Cox回归评估其预后的影响因素。结果 宫颈癌组织中CDC25A、HMGB1蛋白阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织(P<0。05);2020 FIGO≥ ⅡB期、肌层浸润深度≥1/2、低分化、有淋巴结转移患者癌组织中CDC25A、HMGB1蛋白阳性表达率较高(P<0。05);宫颈癌组织CDC25A、HMGB1阳性表达患者3年生存率低于两者阴性表达患者(P<0。05)。2020 FIGO ≥ ⅡB分期、肿瘤低分化、淋巴结转移、CDC25A、HMGB1阳性表达是宫颈癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0。05)。结论 宫颈癌组织中CDC25A、HMGB1表达升高,并与患者FIGO分期、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移、分化程度有关,且可判定患者预后。
Analysis of the relationship between the expression of CDC25A and HMGB1 proteins and clinical pathological characteristics in cervical cancer
Objective To investigate the expression of cell division cycle factor 25A(CDC25A)and high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)in cervical cancer tissues and their relationship with patients'clinicopathologic features and prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with cervical cancer who were hospitalized for surgery at our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were collected.Cervical cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues CDC25A,HMGB1 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between CDC25 A and HMGB 1 expression and prognosis,and Cox regression was used to evaluate the influencing factors of prognosis.Results The positive expression rates of CDC25A and HMGB1 protein in cervical cancer tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of CDC25A and HMGB1 proteins in cancer tissues of patients with 2020 FIGO ≥ stage Ⅱ B,myxoid infiltration depth ≥ 1/2,low degree,and lymph node metastasis were more higher(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of CDC25 A and HMGB 1 in cervical cancer tissue was lower than that of patients with their negative expression(P<0.05).2020 FIGO ≥ stage Ⅱ B,lymph node metastasis,low differentiation of tumor,positive expression of CDC25A and HMGB1 were independent risk factors for the prognosis of cervical cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions The increased expression of CDC25A and HMGB1 in cervical cancer tissue are related FIGO stage,depth of myographic invasion,lymph node metastasis,and degree of differentiation,and could determine the patient's prognosis.
