碳化法制备二氧化硅粉体工艺研究

本文以硅酸钠溶液作为原料,通过利用碳化工艺开展了一系列的研究,该工艺生成的SiO2 产品的性能远远高于其他生产工艺,通过改变硅酸钠溶液浓度、反应温度、添加剂用量、CO2 通入速度等影响因素,考察白炭黑合成过程中,溶液中各离子浓度的变化对其形貌的影响.结果表明:硅酸钠溶液浓度对白炭黑性能的影响比较明显,随着硅酸钠浓度的增加,DBP从 1.28mL/g升到了 3.09mL/g;随着反应温度的提高、PEG6000 添加量增加,DBP均出现逐渐升高后又下降的现象,最终选择反应温度为80℃、PEG6000添加量为6g.CO2 通入速度增加提高产品性能同时能够缩短反应时间,综合考虑选择通入速度为1.2L/min.
Study on Preparation of Silicon Dioxide Powder by Carbonization Method
In this paper,using sodium silicate solution as raw material,a series of studies were carried out by using carbonization process.The properties of SiO2 products produced by this process are much higher than those of other production processes.By changing the concentration of sodium silicate solution,reaction temperature,additive dosage,CO2 introduction rate and other influencing factors,the effect of ion concentration on the morphology of silica was investigated.The results show that the concentration of sodium silicate solution has an obvious effect on the properties of silica.With the increase of sodium silicate concentration,DBP increases from 1.28 mL/g to 3.09 mL/g.With the increase of reaction temperature and the addition of PEG6000,DBP increases gradually and then decreases,and the final reaction temperature is 80℃and the addition of PEG6000 is 6g.With the increase of CO2 penetration speed,the product performance can be improved and the reaction time can be shortened at the same time.Considering that the penetration speed is 1.2L/min.
