山西平定紫砂陶土矿成矿地质特征及矿床成因

摘要
平定县紫砂陶土矿主要赋存于二叠系石盒子组四段中,区内构造不发育,未见有岩浆岩出露,共有 5 层矿体,SiO2 含量 51.51%～64.32%,平均 59.12%;Al2O3 含量 18.07%～26.88%,平均 20.36%;塑性指数 9.44～28.06,平均16.43;矿石质量优良.本文从矿区地质、矿体特征、烧成试验等方面进行分析总结,认为该矿床沉积形成于晚二叠世时期的湖泊环境.
Abstract
The purple clay deposit in Pingding county mainly occurs in the fourth section of the Permian Shihezi formation.The structure in the area is not well-developed,and no magmatic rocks are exposed,5 layers of the bodies,with SiO2 content of 51.51%～64.32%and an average of 59.12%.The Al2O3 content ranges from 18.07%to 26.88%,with an average of 20.36%;The plasticity index ranges from 9.44 to 28.06,with an average of 16.43.The ore quality is excellent.This article analyzes and summarizes the geological conditions of the mining area,ore body,and firing tests,and believes that the deposit was formed in a lake environment during the Late Permian period.
