陕西商洛某石英型萤石矿选矿试验研究

陕西商洛某硅酸盐萤石矿,主要回收矿物为萤石,约占矿物总量的38%,其他矿物含量很少,不具有回收价值.主要脉石矿物为石英,含有少量钾长石、斜长石、黑云母及绢云母、方解石、重晶石等,金属矿物见少量磁铁矿、黄铁矿等.该矿采用阶段磨矿阶段选别,一段磨矿细度-200目占65%,二段磨矿细度(一次精选精矿再磨)-200目占90%,采用一次粗选、一次扫选、六次精选;第一次精选尾矿与扫选精矿单独再处理,其他中矿顺序返回工艺,精矿品位达到97.41%,浮选回收率94.02%,产品质量较高,指标较为理想.
Experimental Study on Beneficiation of A Certain Silicate Fluorite Ore in Shangluo,Shaanxi
In a certain silicate fluorite mine in Shangluo,Shaanxi,the main recovered mineral is fluorite,accounting for about 38%of the total mineral content.The content of other minerals is very small and has no recovery value.The gangue minerals are quartz,a small amount of plagioclase,potassium feldspar,biotite,sericite,calcite,etc.The metallic minerals include a small amount of magnetite,pyrite,etc.The mine adopts stage grinding and separation.The first-stage grinding fineness-0.074mm accounts for 65%,and the second-stage grinding fineness(first-time concentrated concentrate and then grinding)-0.074mm accounts for 90%.It adopts one rough separation and one Scavenging and six times of beneficiation;the first selection tailings and the sweep concentrate are reprocessed separately,and other medium ores are returned to the process in sequence.The concentrate grade reaches 97.410%,the flotation recovery rate is 94.02%,and the product quality is high.The indicators are relatively ideal.
