摘要

低质天然石膏矿的主要矿物成分为石膏,因含有部分凹凸棒黏土、石英、长石等杂质矿物,严重影响其矿物的应用领域和应用价值.因此,对低质天然石膏矿进行选矿提纯试验研究,采用"筛分—破碎—筛分—擦洗脱泥—智能分选"的选矿工艺提纯后,试样获得粒度2~10mm,CaSO4(以干基计)含量为98.36%,Pb含量为0.144mg/kg,As<2.0mg/kg,氟化物(F)<0.003%,Se<0.003%,干燥减量为 20.3%的石膏精矿,满足食品添加剂用硫酸钙质量要求;同时获得粒度0.3~2mm,CaSO4·2H2O含量为 94.85%的石膏精矿,满足α型高强石膏用原料要求;尾矿可用于生产农肥或者用作土壤调理剂,实现了石膏资源的高附加值、综合利用.

Abstract

The main mineral component of low-quality natural gypsum ore is gypsum,which contains some impurity minerals such as attapulgite clay,quartz,feldspar,etc.,which seriously affects the application field and application value of its minerals.Therefore,the beneficiation and purification of low-quality natural gypsum ore was carried out in the experimental study,and after the beneficiation process of"Screening-crushing-screening-scrubbing-intelligent sorting"was adopted,the particle size of the sample was between 2~10mm,a CaSO4(on a dry basis)grade of 98.36%,a Pb grade of 0.144mg/kg,As<2.0mg/kg,fluoride(F)<0.003%,Se<0.003%,a drying reduction of 20.3%was obtained,which meets the quality requirements of calcium sulfate for food additives;Simultaneously obtain gypsum concentrate with a particle size between 0.3 and 2mm and a CaSO4·2H2O content of 94.85%,meeting the requirements of α Requirements for raw materials for high-strength gypsum;Tailings can be used for producing agricultural fertilizers or as soil conditioners.It has achieved high added value and comprehensive utilization of gypsum resources.
