高频红外碳硫分析仪在硅藻土硫含量测试中的应用研究

摘要
采用高频红外碳硫分析仪(CS-8800C)测试了硅藻土矿中的硫含量,称样量在0.040~0.050g时,加入 0.2g纯铁助熔剂、1.5g纯钨助熔剂,检出限为 0.0003%、精密度为 1.77%~4.52%,准确度较好,分析方法快速简便,直接称样快速测定,分析结果能够满足地质规范要求.
Abstract
The sulfur content in diatomite was measured by high frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer(CS-8800C).When the sample size was 0.040~0.050 g,0.2g pure iron flux and 1.5 g pure tungsten flux were added,the detection limit is 0.0003%,the precision is 1.77%~4.52%,the accuracy is good,the analysis method is quick and simple,the direct weighing sample is rapid,the analysis result can satisfy the geological criterion.
