摘要
以江西莲花下石炭统梓山组紫砂陶土作为研究对象,采用XRD、SEM、粒度仪等测试手段对莲花紫砂陶土样品的化学成分、矿物成分、微观结构等进行了鉴定,分析了工艺性能,并与宜兴紫砂陶土进行了对比研究;检测了紫砂器皿成品的抗热震性、铅镉溶出量.结果表明:莲花紫砂陶土Al2O3 和Fe2O3 及熔剂原料含量与宜兴紫砂陶土类似,但SiO2 及TiO2 含量较大,烧失量较小.矿物成分以石英、绢云母、叶蜡石为主,与宜兴紫砂存在差异,但两类紫砂高温煅烧后矿物相相似.可塑性、烧结温度、烧后收缩率及烧后吸水率与宜兴紫砂陶土类似,但粒径更大.莲花紫砂产品抗热震性及铅镉溶出量均满足现行紫砂陶器国家标准.本研究为后续的矿产资源开发利用和梓山组煤矿综合勘查提供方向.
Abstract
Taking the purple sand clay of the Zishan formation of the Lower Carboniferous in Lianhua county,Jiangxi province as the research object,XRD,SEM,particle size analyzer and other testing methods were used to identify the chemical composition,mineral composition,microstructure,etc.of the Lianhua purple sand clay sample,analyze the process performance,and compare it with A comparative study was conducted on Yixing purple sand clay;the thermal shock resistance and lead and cadmium dissolution of finished purple clay utensils were tested.The results show that the contents of Al2O3,Fe2O3 and flux raw materials of Lianhua purple sand clay are similar to those of Yixing purple clay,but the contents of SiO2 and TiO2 are larger and the loss on ignition is smaller.The mineral composition is mainly quartz,sericite,and pyrophyllite,which is different from Yixing purple sand.However,the minerals of the two types of purple sand are similar after high-temperature calcination.The plasticity,sintering temperature,post-fire shrinkage and post-fire water absorption are similar to those of Yixing purple sand clay,but the particle size is larger.The thermal shock resistance and lead and cadmium dissolution of Lianhua purple clay products meet the current national standards for purple clay pottery.This study provides directions for subsequent development and utilization of mineral resources and comprehensive exploration of Zishan Formation coal mines.
