硅灰石与金红石型TiO2颗粒复合及其颜料性能

摘要
对通过干法研磨方式进行硅灰石和金红石型TiO2(R-TiO2)颗粒复合及其颜料性能和颗粒微观结构进行了研究,对所制备复合颜料性能、结构和复合作用性质进行了表征.结果表明,硅灰石/R-TiO2 复合颜料具有和钛白粉相当的颜料性能,含TiO2 40%复合颜料遮盖力为14.04g/m2,达到纯TiO2 的90.10%;硅灰石/R-TiO2 复合颜料对紫外线吸收强烈,并与R-TiO2 一致.硅灰石/R-TiO2 复合颜料以TiO2 在硅灰石表面均匀、牢固包覆为特征所形成,硅灰石与TiO2 通过颗粒表面脱羟基反应实现结合.
Abstract
The particle combination of wollastonite and rutile TiO2(R-TiO2)by dry grinding and its pigment properties and particle microstructure were studied.The results show that wollastonite/R-TiO2 composite pigment has the same pigment properties as titanium dioxide,the hiding power of 40%TiO2 composite pigment is 14.04g/m2,which is 90.10%of pure TiO2;wollastonite/R-TiO2 composite pigment has strong UV absorption,which is consistent with R-TiO2 The wollastonite/R-TiO2 composite pigment is characterized by the uniform and firm coating of TiO2 on the surface of wollastonite,and the combination of wollastonite and TiO2 is realized by the dehydroxylation reaction on the particle surface.
