The study conducted a beneficiation process experiment on Huanren graphite mine in Liaoning Province.The experimental grinding used rod grinding and increased the number of grinding sections to conduct grinding fineness tests,kerosene agent dosage conditions tests,flotation section number conditions,and comprehensive conditions open circuit and closed circuit tests.The results of the face test show that the raw ore undergoes one rough grinding and selection,two scanning and selection,four re grinding and six selection.The final graphite concentrate yield was determined to be 3.71%,with a graphite concentrate grade of 95.86%and a graphite concentrate recovery rate of 88.92%.This experiment can serve as a reference for the beneficiation of graphite deposits in the region.
