渝东南地区页岩资源丰富,以南川至彭水一带龙马溪组页岩为研究对象,基于XRD分析了页岩原岩与陶粒制品的矿物相特征,确定了页岩陶粒制备试验方案;通过正交试验形成了渝东南地区页岩陶粒煅烧制度,并对不同煅烧参数开展单因素控制试验,优化了渝东南地区页岩制备陶粒的煅烧制度.旨在为渝东南地区页岩陶粒制备提供依据,为陶粒这一多功能建筑材料后续规模性应用提供应用参考.
Research on the Calcination System for Shale Preparation of Ceramic Particles in the Southeastern Region of Chongqing
The shale in the southeastern region of Chongqing is very rich.By taking the Longmaxi Formation shale from Nanchuan to Pengshui as the research object.The experimental plan for preparing shale ceramic particles in the region has been determined.Based on XRD analysis,the mineral phase characteristics of expansive shale and ceramsite were studied.The calcination system of shale ceramic particles in the study area was determined through orthogonal experiments.And single factor control was applied to different calcination parameters.Optimized the calcination mechanism for preparing ceramic particles from shale in the region.Intended to provide experimental basis and theoretical value for the preparation of shale ceramic particles in the southeastern region of Chongqing.Provide application reference for the subsequent large-scale application of ceramic particles as a multifunctional building material.
