Geological Characteristics and Prospecting Criteria of the Sandaowan Crystalline Graphite Deposit in Luanping,Hebei
The Sandaowan crystalline graphite deposit in Luanping,Hebei province is located south of the Shangyi Longhua fault zone and in the Chengde North Basin.The ore body is hosted in the second member of the Aijiagou Formation of the Chongli Upper Rock Group in the New Archean,which contains graphite granulites and graphite gneiss.There are three graphite mineralization zones and eight graphite ore bodies in the area.This article is based on the regional geological background characteristics and years of geological data.Through field geological surveys,geophysical exploration,a comprehensive study was conducted to further identify the geological characteristics,physical features,and controlling factors of the mineral deposits in the area.The study determined the types of graphite deposits and prospecting indicators in the research area,which has important reference and guidance significance for the exploration of similar graphite deposits in China.
