The limestone ore body used for decoration in Changba Mining area exists in the second member of Qixia formation(P2q2),the first member of Maokou formation(P2m1)and the third member of Maokou formation(P2m3)of Permian Yangxin Series.The ore bodies are bedded and occur in simple structures,the shape of the ore body is complete,and the thickness is stable.The physical properties of the ore meet the requirements of the industrial stone industry.The ore varieties"Mediterranean Gray"and"Crystalline Black Jade"belong to medium-high-grade decorative stone materials,with good development and utilization prospects.Through the analysis and research of the geological characteristics,ore characteristics,and development and utilization prospects of the deposit,it is hoped that it can provide reference and guidance for finding similar decorative limestone mineral resources in the region.
