江西某地石英岩选矿提纯试验研究

针对江西某石英岩矿Al2O3 和Fe2O3 含量高的特点,通过工艺矿物学研究,采用破碎—磨矿—分级—磁选—浮选—酸洗等工艺进行选矿提纯试验研究,使SiO2 94.54%、Al2O3 2.42%、Fe2O3 0.76%的石英岩原矿,成为SiO2 含量99.36%,Al2O3 和Fe2O3 含量分别为 0.062%和 0.008%的石英精矿,产率达到73.34%,回收率为 77.16%,可满足工业优等品要求,具有良好的应用前景.
Experimental Study on Mineral Processing and Purification of Quartz Rock in a Certain Area of Jiangxi Province
Taking into account the high Al2O3 and Fe2O3 content of a quartzite deposit in Jiangxi Province,this study conducted mineral processing experiments to purify the raw material using a crushing-grinding-classification-magnetic separation-flotation-acid washing process.The SiO2 content of the original quartzite ore was 94.54%,while the Al2O3 and Fe2O3 contents were 2.42%and 0.76%,respectively.The study resulted in a quartz concentrate with a SiO2 content of 99.36%,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 contents of 0.062%and 0.008%,respectively,with a recovery rate of 77.16%and a yield of 73.34%.The results meet the requirements for industrial grade products and have good application prospects.
