阴阳离子组合捕收剂浮选锂辉石的试验

新能源产业迅速发展带动锂需求激增,开发低品位锂辉石变得至关重要.本研究以川西低品位锂辉石矿为对象,开展选矿浮选试验研究,探究三种脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸增效棉油皂浮选性能,结果表明IAEC-1008H与棉油皂复配的XJ-AH捕收剂效果最佳.将此阴离子捕收剂XJ-AH与不同胺类药剂进行组合浮选低品位锂辉石,试验表明不同胺类捕收剂浮选效果不同,阴离子捕收剂XJ-AH与十二胺组合进行浮选时,浮选效果较差,与椰油二胺组合浮选时,有利于提高回收率,而与油酸二乙醇酰胺组合时,有效提高锂辉石的品位.在磨矿细度为-0.074mm 87.6%、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氯化钙用量分别为 800g/t、700g/t、60g/t的条件下,采用阴离子捕收剂XJ-AH与油酸二乙醇酰胺作为组合捕收剂时,其用量分别为1400g/t和75g/t,一次粗选精矿品位达到2.53%,回收率76.32%.
Experiment on Floatation of Spodumene by Combined Anion and Cation Collector
The rapid development of the new energy industry has led to a surge in lithium demand,and the development of low-grade spodumene has become crucial.In this study,low-grade spodumene ore in western Sichuan was used as the object of flotation test,and three kinds of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylic acid were used to improve the flotation performance of cotton oil soap.The results showed that the XJ-AH collector mixed with IEC-1008H and cotton oil soap had the best effect.The anionic collector XJ-AH was combined with different amines to flotation low-grade spodumene.The test showed that the flotation effect of different amines was different.The flotation effect of the anionic collector XJ-AH was poor when it was combined with dodecylamine,and the flotation effect of the anionic collector XJ-AH was good for improving the recovery rate when it was combined with coconut oil diamine.Effectively improve the grade of spodumene.Under the condition of grinding finity of-0.074mm 87.6%,the dosage of sodium carbonate,sodium hydroxide and calcium chloride were 800g/t,700g/t and 60g/t,respectively,the dosage of anionic collector XJ-AH and oleic acid diethanolamide as combined collector was 1400g/t and 75g/t,respectively.The grade of the coarse concentrate reached 2.53%and the recovery rate was 76.32%.
