我国新型显示与战略性电子材料专利导航研究——以电子纸领域关键技术为例

作为"十四五"重点专项"新型显示与战略性电子材料"的核心内容之一,再加上智慧物流等领域的蓬勃发展,电子纸迎来了发展新机遇.本文从专利分析出发,深入探究其关键技术的国内外发展现状、创新团队布局及研究热点,为技术研发和专利申请提供参考性建议.从公开国/地区看,早期日本发明专利的年申请量排名第一,但"十三五"起,中国发明专利占比最高;在高价值专利中,作为申请人国/地区,中国未持有相似优势;"提升显示质量"的相关发明专利在授权比和价值度上表现较好,但受市场需求影响,"提高可靠性"的年申请量占比更高.中国虽然在电子纸领域占有一定优势,但在高价值专利上尚显不足.因此,在考虑市场需求的同时,中国应关注技术空白点,注重核心专利和关键技术的研发.
Patent Navigation Research on New Display and Strategic Electronic Materials in China—Taking Key Technologies in the Field of E-Paper as an Example
As one of the core contents of"New Display and Strategic Electronic Materials",a key project in the"14th Five-Year Plan",coupled with the vigorous development of smart logistics and other related fields,e-paper has ushered in new development opportunities.Based on patent analysis,this article explores in-depth the domestic and international development status,innovation team patent distribution,and research hotspots of its key technologies,providing referential suggestions for the research and patent application.From the perspective of publication countries/areas,in the early days,Japan had the largest number of annual invention applications,but since the"13th Five-Year Plan",the proportion of China has reached the highest;in terms of the applicant countries/areas analysis of high-value patents,there is no similar advantage in China;the invention patents for"improving display quality"have higher percentage of the granted ones and better performance in the patent strength,but due to the market demand,those for"improving reliability"account for larger proportion of annual applications.Although China has certain advantages in the field of e-paper,it is still insufficient in high-value patents.Thus,while paying attention to the market demand,China should focus on the technological gaps,as well as the research of core patents and key technologies.
