科技型企业集团专利运营体系的构成要素研究——基于服务生态系统视角的扎根分析

摘要
科技型企业集团当前面临有专利运营活动无专利运营体系的问题,以及由此引发的诸多矛盾.基于服务生态系统视角,运用扎根分析方法,对近 50 家科技型企业集团专利运营的目标、基础和过程进行了分析梳理,归纳出需求匹配、资源整合、服务模式、可持续运营四项机制作为构成要素.研究发现企业集团应避免抑制成员企业的运营需求表达,通过评估集团资源整合能力选择服务模式,以及配置开放的体系更有利于实现可持续的专利运营格局.
Abstract
Technology-based corporate groups currently face challenges in patent operations due to the absence of a patent operation system,leading to numerous contradictions.Using a service ecosystem perspective and employing grounded analysis,this study analyzes and outlines the objectives,foundations,and processes of patent operations in nearly 50 technology-based corporate groups.Four mechanisms,which are demand matching,resource integration,service models,and sustainable operations,are identified as constituent elements.The research suggests that corporate groups should avoid suppressing the operational needs expression of member enterprises,select service models based on an assessment of group resource integration capabilities,and an open configuration system is more conducive to achieving a sustainable patent operation framework.
