从专利合作视角看各城市间科技创新网络的演进——以西安市为例

为了从专利合作视角研究城市间科技创新网络的演进情况,本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,通过Innojoy专利数据库,筛选下载 2011-2021 年西安市的专利数据,基于西安市近十年专利合作数据,构建近十年西安参与全国科技创新网络,并在此基础上运用近十年增长数量分析、功能多中心迭代分析,通过分析西安市网络演变趋势,来探究西安参与全国科技创新网络的地位.研究发现:(1)西安在全国科技创新网络中已经扮演了相对重要的角色,其主要创新联系区域不仅集中在其他省会城市,还有相当一部分集中于省内城市;(2)西安市与全国其他 15 个城市之间的科技创新联系强度和广度存在较大的差异,与各个城市之间的合作专利质量和专利方向也有不同的侧重;(3)全国科技创新网络中各城市表现为多中心高低分布特点,现阶段西安处于一个相对较小核心的地位,在排名前 10 位的城市中已属于"边缘型",与前几位城市的科技创新联系强度存在较大差距,还有许多环节需要完善;(4)目前西安市与省内城市的专利合作变化趋势更加明显,但和国内一线城市以及新一线城市的比较中还有很多的不足急需完善,发展和演变的趋势特征不够明显.西安市专利的创新地位在不断上升,增幅也不断上涨.但放眼全国,西安市专利数据仍具备着数量广泛但内容不深入,覆盖范围多元化但研究领域不细致的特点,与全国其他城市相比,其科技创新联系强度存在较大差距.
Evolution of Science and Technology Innovation Network Among Cities from the Perspective of Patent Cooperation—Take Xi'an as an Example
From the perspective of patent cooperation,this paper studies Xi'an participation in the national innovation network.On the basis of combing relevant literature,through Innojoy patent database,this paper selects and downloads the patent data of Xi'an from 2011 to 2021.Based on the patent cooperation data of Xi'an in the past decade,this paper builds the national scientific and technological innovation network of 2011-2021,and on this basis,uses the growth quantity analysis and function multicenter iterative analysis of the past decade,analyzes the evolution trend of Xi'an network to explore its position in participating in the national science and technology innovation network.Research has found that:(1)Xi'an has played a relatively important role in the national science and technology innovation network,with its main innovation connection areas not only concentrated in other provincial capital cities,but also a considerable portion concentrated in cities within the province.(2)There are significant differences in the strength and breadth of technological innovation connections between Xi'an City and 15 other cities in the country,as well as different emphasis on the quality and direction of cooperation patents between cities.(3)In the national science and technology innovation network,each city exhibits a multicenter high and low distribution characteristics.At present,Xi'an is in a relatively small core position,and is already classified as"marginalized"among the top 10 cities.There is a significant gap in the strength of science and technology innovation connections with the top few cities,and there are still many links that need to be improved.(4)Trend of patent cooperation between Xi'an and cities within the province has become more obvious.However,there are still many shortcomings that need to be improved in comparison with domestic first tier cities and new first tier cities,and the trend characteristics of development and evolution are not clear enough.The innovation status of patents in Xi'an has constantly improved,and the growth rate is also constantly increasing.However,looking to the country,patent data in Xi'an still has the characteristics of extensive quantity but not in-depth content,diversified coverage but not detailed research fields.Compared with other cities in the country,there is a significant gap in the strength of its technological innovation connections.
