为了对卫星互联网领域中前沿通信技术的演进、技术分布、重要创新主体以及其专利布局特点进行全面准确的分析,本文提出了基于3GPP的专利分析方法.该方法基于 3GPP提案梳理技术的完整演进过程,确定重要技术点、技术共识、3GPP技术标准、重要创新主体以及重要创新主体布局的高价值专利和存在专利布局空白的技术点,能够为产业提供及时的专利侵权风险的预警、专利布局的建议以及专利交叉许可决策的指引.
Patent Analysis Method Based on 3GPP—Taking NTN HARQ Process Technology as an Example
In order to fully and accurately analyze the evolution,the technology distribution,the important innovative bodies and their patent layout characteristics of frontal communication technology in the field of satellite internet,a patent analysis method based on 3GPP is proposed herein.The method combs the full technology evolution based on 3GPP proposals,determines important technical points,technical consensus,3GPP technical specification,important innovative bodies,high value patents of the important innovative bodies and blank spots in patent layout,so as to provide timely prewarning of patent infringement risk,suggestions of patent layout and guidance for decision of patent cross-grant to the industry.
