This paper selects the patents applied from 2010 to 2022,and uses the Patsnap database as the data source to statistically analyze the patents that have been invalidated.The development trend of Chinese patent text quality is analyzed by combining static analysis with dynamic analysis.In this paper,statistical analysis is carried out from three dimensions,the invalidation decision results,the International Patent Classification(IPC)and the causes for invalidation.Static analysis discloses the quality of Chinese patent text from an overall situation perspective.Dynamic analysis is to analyze the development of various quality defects in patent texts over time.Based on the invalidation data,this article explores the external environmental factors,and helps to clarify the key issues to improve the quality of Chinese patent texts at this stage.
