梳理现有技术转移对接过程中平台传播型、第三方介入型、供需双方直接对话型以及基于智能匹配的供需双向信息传递模式等四种信息传递模式.构建基于智能匹配与社交网络技术的精准、高效信息传递模式,需要提高技术供需双方画像、科技中介画像的精准性.并融合现有智能匹配模式的优点,提出基于兴趣触发,科技中介由被动介入向主动、精准介入转变的线上对接交流信息传递新模式,以进一步提升技术转移对接效率.
Sorting out four information transmission modes in the existing technology transfer and docking process,including platform dissemination mode,third-party intervention mode,direct dialogue mode between supply and demand sides,and intelligent matching based bidirectional information transmission mode between supply and demand.To build an accurate and efficient information transmission model based on intelligent matching and social network technology,it is necessary to improve the accuracy of the portraits of technology supply and demand sides and technology intermediaries.And integrating the advantages of existing intelligent matching models,a new online docking and communication information transmission model based on interest triggering and technology intermediaries transitioning from passive intervention to active and precise intervention is proposed to further improve the efficiency of technology transfer and docking.
