Research on Marketing Strategy of Intellectual Property Information Public Service in Universities for Regional Innovation
The supply of high-quality intellectual property(referred to as"IP")information public services will effectively play an important role of IP in regional economic and social development.As a regional network organization,the marketing strategy of IP information public services in universities has theoretical value and practical significance for promoting and practicing IP information public services,meeting the accessibility and convenience needs of social public information services.This article conducts a survey on the current status of marketing performance in national IP information service centers of 30 universities,analyzes problems based on practical experience.Then from the perspective of regional innovation demand,the article constructs a regional innovation oriented marketing framework for university IP information public services,and proposes corresponding strategies.The research strategy provides a highly targeted reference for the public service of IP information in universities.
