摘要

本文依托incoPat专利数据库,分析 2012-2021 年的 5 所航空类"双高计划"院校的专利发展趋势和专利成果转化现状,并用倾向得分匹配法进行实证分析,为优化航空类院校专利成果转化政策,提升专利成果转化水平提供参考.结果显示 5 所航空类"双高计划"院校的发明专利偏少,质量偏低.专利的授权率较高,但是转化率总体处于低位.专利质量与专利成果转化呈正向促进关系,专利的转化得益于专利质量的提升,而技术质量的提升对专利的转化起到关键影响作用.

Abstract

Based on the incoPat patent database,this paper analyzes the patent development trend and patent transformation status of five aviation"double-high plan"colleges from 2012 to 2021,and uses the propensity score matching method to conduct an empirical analysis,so as to provide a reference for optimizing the patent transformation policy of aviation colleges and universities and improving the level of patent transformation.The results show that the invention patents of the five aviation"double-high plan"colleges are few and the quality is low.The grant rate of patents is high,but the conversion rate is generally low.There is a positive relationship between patent quality and patent transformation,and the transformation of patents benefits from the improvement of patent quality,and the improvement of technical quality plays a key role in the transformation of patents.
