全球主要国家在人工智能领域竞争激烈,国际标准组织积极推动人工智能标准化,发布了多项人工智能国际标准,同时有多项标准在制定之中.本文通过构建全球人工智能领域的标准必要专利数据集,采用计量法和语义分析法对其宏观态势、主要专利权人、技术领域、技术热点、市场覆盖率、技术相关性进行分析,明晰国内外人工智能领域标准必要专利发展现状差异,了解我国与国内研发企业面临的竞争态势,为国内人工智能领域的标准化工作提供参考,助力我国人工智能产业的标准必要专利和标准的布局.
Multiple countries around the world are competing fiercely in the field of Artificial Intelligence,and international standard organizations are actively promoting the standardization of Artificial Intelligence,releasing a number of standards,while a number of standards are in the process of being developed.In the article,we construct a data set of the global Standard Essential Patents,analyze the major patentees'technological fields,technological hotspots,the market coverage,and the technological relevance by metrological and semantic analysis,to clarify the differences between the current development status of domestic and foreign Standard Essential Patents in the field of Artificial Intelligence,to understand the competitive situation faced by our country and domestic R&D enterprises,to provide references for the standardization work,and to help the layout of Standard Essential Patents and standards of the Artificial Intelligence industry in China.
