The intellectual property public service platform is the core carrier of intellectual property public services,and an important lever to promote the integration and utilization of intellectual property information and promote technological innovation.China's intellectual property public services started relatively late,with lack of necessary preparation periods,and the needs of different innovative entities are different,and there are also differences in the intellectual property public services that different entities can provide.In response to the construction of regional intellectual property public service platforms in China,this article reviews relevant research on intellectual property public services at home and abroad,and analyzes the beneficial models and construction status of relevant platforms.And taking the Wuhan metropolitan area as an example,this study investigates patent applications,cooperation,and transfer,analyzes the current situation of the construction of intellectual property public service platforms in Wuhan,Ezhou,Huanggang and Huangshi,and provides reference suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of regional intellectual property public service platforms in China.
