摘要
国内外环境的复杂变化和我国高质量发展的要求给我国知识产权服务业带来了机遇和挑战.本文从知识产权服务业高质量发展的特征出发,通过统计调研数据分析了我国知识产权服务业的发展现状和现实困境,并发现我国知识产权服务业的行业规模日趋增大,服务支撑能力逐步增强,服务业态明显呈复合型、国际化发展,发展环境明显改善,但面对我国新阶段的发展需求也面临一些现实困境,如部分制度不利于服务机构规模发展、服务能力难以满足国际化要求、行业布局不平衡、国际化环境还需优化等.最后,本文从完善管理机制、提高服务能力、强化人才队伍建设、优化行业布局、打造良好生态等方面提出了推动我国知识产权服务业高质量发展的实现路径.
Abstract
The complex environment and the requirements for high-quality development,have brought opportunities and challenges to the intellectual property service industry in China.Starting from the characteristics of high-quality development of the intellectual property service industry in China,the article analyzes the current development status and practical difficulties of China's intellectual property service industry through statistical research data.It is found that the industry scale has increased,service support has gradually strengthened,service formats have clearly shown comprehensive and international development,the development environment has significantly been improved.However,facing the development needs of China in the new stage,it also faces some practical difficulties,some systems are not conducive to the scale development of service institutions,service capabilities are difficult to meet internationalization requirements,industry layout is unbalanced,and the internationalization environment needs to be optimized.Finally,the article proposes paths to promote the high-quality development of China's intellectual property service industry,such as improving management mechanisms,improving service capabilities,strengthening talent team construction,optimizing industry layout,and creating a good ecosystem.
