摘要
当前,我们既处于专利审查提质增效的紧要关头,又迎来了全面开启知识产权强国建设的重要时期.大模型技术凭借其优秀的自然语言理解和生成能力为专利审查工作的高质量发展提供了难得的契机.本文从专利审查工作现存问题出发,明确大模型技术在专利审查工作中的应用方向,初步提出将大模型技术引入专利审查工作中的方案设想,最后对引入大模型带来的风险挑战进行展望,并提出对策建议.
Abstract
Currently,we are at a critical juncture of improving the quality and efficiency of patent examination.At the same time,we have come to an important period of launching a new journey of the development of intellectual property rights(IPR)power.The large language model(LLM)technology,with its excellent natural language understanding and powerful generation capabilities,provides a valuable opportunity for the high-quality development of patent examination.This paper starts from the existing problems of patent examination,clarifies the potential application of LLM technology in patent examination,initially proposes a scheme to introduce the LLM technology into patent examination,discusses the risks and challenges associated with the introduction of LLMs,and proposes corresponding solutions.
