Led by the strategic goal of"double carbon",China's power battery industry has successfully realized the quantitative advantage of intellectual property rights with strong development momentum.However,under the prosperous development scene,China's power battery industry is still facing intellectual property dilemmas such as increasing fragmentation of patent resources,strong dependence on core patents,and difficulties in patent standardization.At the same time,due to the lack of efficient and reasonable patent authorization and utilization mechanism,the proportion of patent authorization in the power battery industry is relatively low,the allocation of technology resources is not proper,the enterprise value competition over cooperation and other issues,neither effectively build a win-win cooperation patent innovation ecology,nor participate in global competition to form a strong synergy.In this regard,it is necessary to carry out collaborative governance from the state,industry organizations and enterprises at three levels,through the introduction of intellectual property utilization work planning in the power battery industry,integration and optimization of power battery industry technology innovation alliance,the development of intellectual property management guidelines in the power battery enterprise,etc.,to enhance the international discourse of China's power battery industry and the status of the comprehensive strength.
