This paper conducts a comprehensive survey on the current situation of industrial intellectual property information services in China,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of existing services,analyzes the reasons for the shortcomings,and conducts in-depth interviews on service needs with six different groups in the entire industry development chain.On the basis of research results,suggestion is proposed to build a comprehensive service platform for industrial intellectual property information.Guided by user needs,patent information analysis business,patent operation business,patent database and other functions are integrated to create a one-stop service model for industrial intellectual property information.By innovative service methods and customizing personalized service lists,service quality and efficiency can be improved.High-end talents can be gathered while the platform operates,which can provide talent feedback to the platform in the form of an industrial think tank.
