As an innovative technology product,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is playing an increasingly important role in many fields.At present,the domestic innovation subject represented by DJI has won a great advantage in the global market with its high-quality products.However,with the domestic innovation subjects deeply involved in the global competition,the United States as the main market of global competition,patent infringement disputes are increasingly frequent.This paper analyzes the trend of patent litigation in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles in the United States,the technical branches of the litigant patents,the subject of litigation,the domestic innovation subject of litigation,the active subjects and other aspects,and analyzes the characteristics of the current patent infringement disputes in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles in the United States based on specific cases,and puts forward corresponding risk countermeasures,in order to provide relevant enlightenment for domestic innovation subjects in the process of"going out"on how to deal with patent infringement disputes in the United States.
