Research on Innovative Methods and Models for Statistical Analysis of Patent Transformation in Chinese Universities
The emphasis on the transformation of patents in universities has proposed higher standards for the statistical analysis of patent transformation in universities.Based on existing work experience,an innovative statistical analysis model for patent transformation in universities has been proposed.According to the essence of patent transformation,the transformation is divided into two types:"right transformation"and"non right transformation",and corresponding retrieval strategies are formulated to form a precision oriented multidimensional statistical analysis model for university patent transformation.Furthermore,the practical research is conducted on the patent transformation of P University in 2023.By comparing the search results of the proposed retrieval strategy and general retrieval methods with the records of the university's patent management department,it's found that the proposed search strategy greatly improved the accuracy of the patent transformation results,and can obtain more correct results in situations where it is difficult to obtain the records of university patent transformation.The search results of non right transformation patent retrieval strategies can serve as supplements,and increase the dimension of patent transformation in order to present a more realistic panoramic view of university patent transformation,and providing accurate data support for the formulation of intellectual property policies,talent and discipline evaluations in universities.
