数据作为一种新型生产要素,已广泛融入社会各个领域,并成为推动我国经济发展的重要引擎.然而,数据产权作为数据要素的关键问题,其研究尚缺乏系统性与深入性,亟需详细梳理相关文献并揭示其研究概况和发展趋势.本研究以"数据产权"为主题,在中国知网(CNKI)数据库中进行高级检索并筛选出239 篇相关文献.运用CiteSpace软件对数据产权研究的基本情况、关键词突现及聚类情况等进行可视化分析,综合梳理出数据产权研究的热点问题及发展趋势.数据产权研究的热点主题涉及数据的定义、价值、保护模式、利用规则和产权构建等多个方面,研究触角广泛.其中,数据产权的制度构建是数据产权研究的核心主题,也是该领域当前及未来的研究热点.
Evolutionary Trajectory and Improvement Path of Data Property Rights Research in China—A Visual Analysis Based on 239 Literature
Data,as a novel element of production,has been extensively incorporated across diverse societal domains,emerging as a pivotal catalyst propelling the economic advancement of our nation.However,the critical issue of data ownership,an essential facet within the realm of data elements,is currently deficient in comprehensive and profound exploration.There exists an imminent necessity to systematically scrutinize pertinent literature,unveiling the landscape and evolutionary trends within this field of study.This research centered on the theme of data ownership,conducting an advanced exploration and screening of 239 relevant literature pieces within the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.Utilizing CiteSpace software,a visual analysis was conducted on fundamental aspects,keyword prominence,and clustering patterns concerning research on data ownership.This comprehensive approach aimed to delineate the focal issues and developmental trends within the domain of data ownership research.The hot topics in the research on data ownership involve various aspects such as defining data,its value,protection models,utilization regulations,and property rights construction,reflecting a wide-ranging investigation.Among these,the institutional construction of data ownership stands as the central theme of research in this field,representing a pivotal focus both presently and in the future.
