Current Situation and Trend Knowledge Graph of Patent Litigation Research in China—Bibliometric Analysis Based on CNKI CSSCI Papers from 2000 to 2023
In order to deeply analyze the development process and evolution trend of patent litigation research in China,this paper takes 294 CSSCI journal literatures related to patent litigation in CNKI database from 2000 to 2023 as data sources and research objects,and adopts bibliometric analysis method with CiteSpace and KH Coder visualization software.This paper analyzes the evolution trend,research hotspot and development trend of patent litigation research in China.The results of the econometric analysis show that:the domestic patent litigation research can be roughly divided into three stages,from the initial stage to the further development stage,and the research heat shows a rising trend in general;In terms of hot topics,patent litigation,patent quality,core patents,and patent strategy are the core topics,radiating to other topics,and the research perspective is diversified.Then,it puts forward the prospect that patent litigation itself and its related research are suitable for China:improving patent quality,strengthening international cooperation,cultivating cross-field patent litigation talents,carrying out interdisciplinary integration research,and implementing case and data-driven strategy.
