[目的]分析LncRNA专利分布状况,研究我国在该领域专利保护的优劣势,为提升我国在该领域知识产权保护水平和促进LncRNA技术的发展与应用提供建议.[方法]对全球LncRNA专利申请进行统计和分析,分别从专利申请趋势、专利区域布局、主要申请人、分支技术领域发展状况等角度进行考察,并重点讨论了中美两国LncRNA专利在区域布局、运用状况和权利要求数量方面的差异.[结论]我国专利申请数量占优,分支技术领域布局广泛,区域布局侧重于本国,专利运营空间广阔,权利要求布局可适当优化.我国可从细化技术产业布局、强化专利运营、优化国际布局、发挥后发优势等方面提升LncRNA专利质量,促进相关产业高质量发展.
Research on the Development Trend of LncRNA Patent Technology and Chinese Response Strategies
[Purpose]To analyze the distribution of LncRNA patents,study the advantages and disadvantages of patent protection in this field in China,and provide suggestions for improving intellectual property protection level in this field in China and promoting the development and application of LncRNA technology.[Method]Statistics and analysis are conducted on global LncRNA patent applications,examining patent application trends,patent regional layout,main applicants,and development status of branch technology fields. The differences in regional layout,application status,and number of claims between LncRNA patents in China and the United States are discussed in detail.[Conclusion]China has an advantage in the number of patent applications,with a wide range of branch technology fields and a focus on domestic layout. The patent operation space is vast,and the layout of claims can be appropriately optimized. China can improve the quality of LncRNA patents and promote the high-quality development of related industries by refining the layout of technology industries,strengthening patent operations,optimizing international layout,and leveraging latecomer advantages.
