Analysis of the Development Trends and Technological Innovations in the Aconite Herbal Medicine Industry Based on Deep Mining of Patent Data
Aconite,as a traditional Chinese medicine with wide clinical applications,occupies an important position in the field of traditional Chinese medicine due to its unique pharmacological activity. This article uses the incoPat patent database to systematically analyze patent data related to the aconite from various dimensions,including global perspective,domestic landscape,core competitiveness,technology and economic correlation,patent value and legal status,and research frontiers. Research has found that although China is in a leading position in global patent applications for the aconite medicinal herb industry,the patent value is generally low,the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements is low,and the development of the industry chain is incomplete. Technological innovation faces challenges such as dispersed research and development resources and talent shortage,and patent management and exploration of non-medical applications urgently need to be strengthened. Based on the research results,suggestions are proposed to promote the sustainable development of the aconite industry,providing references for the industrial upgrading and innovative research and development of aconite technology in China.
