Strengthening Intellectual Property Work to Assist the Development of New Quality Productivity Forces in the Nuclear Industry
Intellectual property can better promote the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces,and the development of new quality productive forces also provides many new opportunities for the development of intellectual property.The nuclear industry,as an industry with high-tech,high-efficiency,and high-quality characteristics,conforms to the characteristics of new quality productivity.Under the multiple requirements of new quality productivity forces,nuclear power construction,and intellectual property power construction,the intellectual property plays a crucial role in promoting the development of new quality productivity forces in the nuclear industry.This article analyzes the close relationship between new quality productivity forces and intellectual property in the nuclear industry,combined with the achievements of intellectual property in the nuclear industry,and the demands faced by intellectual property in the nuclear industry under the new requirements of new quality productivity forces development,and points out four main intellectual property issues in the development of new quality productivity forces in the nuclear industry.This paper proposes intellectual property countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new quality productivity forces in the nuclear industry,including conducting research and judgment on the application of disruptive technology intellectual property in the nuclear industry,enhancing the top-level design thinking of multi industry cross integration intellectual property,expanding the application of artificial intelligence in intellectual property,and fully utilizing various types of intellectual property financial means.
