摘要
随着人工智能技术的发展,基于人工智能的虚拟临床试验技术备受关注.本文基于专利视角从全球虚拟临床试验技术发展态势、主要国家及重要申请人的空间布局概况、我国申请人的概况、前沿技术等维度揭示当前虚拟临床试验技术发展面临的形势,并从技术层面提出相关建议,为相关机构提供数据参考,也为我国虚拟临床试验技术的研发和应用提供启示.
Abstract
With the development of artificial intelligence technology,virtual clinical trial technology based on artificial intelligence has attracted much attention.This article reveals the current situation faced by the development of virtual clinical trial technology from the perspective of patents,including the development trend of global virtual clinical trial technology,the spatial layout of major countries and important applicants,the profile of Chinese applicants,cutting-edge technologies,and other dimensions.It also puts forward relevant suggestions from a technical perspective,and provides data reference for relevant institutions and inspiration for the research and application of virtual clinical trial technology in China.
