Technology Research and Development of School-Enterprise Cooperation to Promote Patent Transformation
Technology research and development of school-enterprise cooperation can promote deep integration of Industry-University-Research(IUR),and assist technical innovation and patent transformation utilization.This article analyzes the advantages of technology research and development of school-enterprise cooperation and the mode of cooperation,and,combines the patent data of school-enterprise cooperation to perform patent analysis.Research has found that the number of school-enterprise cooperation's patent applications are increasing year by year,and generally,the cooperation's patent of invention have high quality and great market application value.Enterprises can use the cooperation's technology research and development to solve the"bottleneck"of key and core technologies,cultivate high-value and basic patents,and optimize the patent layout at home and abroad.However,the licensing,pledging,of school-enterprise cooperation's patents,are relatively low,and the cooperation patent's utilization and financing is inactive.It is still necessary for the government,universities and enterprises to collaborate in the research and development of a poly-system of IUR with government-universities-enterprise participation deeply to stimulate the financial value of school-enterprise cooperation patent and assist cooperation patent's transformation and utilization.
