Abstract
Intellectual property serves as a crucial benchmark for assessing a company's technological innovation and industrial strength,constituting a core driving force for high-quality and sustainable development.This paper engages in a discussion and analysis of the current status and common issues in enterprise intellectual property management,aiming to promptly rectify issues and enhance management practices.Additionally,it explores the application of intellectual property management methods throughout the entire research and development process in enterprises,integrating with project management models.This holds significant implications for boosting a company's independent innovation capabilities,actively promoting research and development products,and rapidly elevating overall competitiveness.
