摘要
对既往发生的事故进行全面深入地分析、总结并吸取教训,是避免事故再次发生的有力手段.本文概述一例工业探伤引起的急性放射性皮肤损伤事故,分析辐射事故发生的主要原因,多角度探讨移动放射源管理存在的问题,提出切实可行的措施和建议,避免或减少类似事故的发生,保障放射工作人员和公众的辐射健康与安全.
Abstract
Conducting comprehensive and in-depth analysis,summarizing findings,and learning lessons from past acci-dents is a powerful means to prevent their recurrence.In this paper,we summarize a case of acute radioactive skin injury ac-cident caused by industrial flaw inspection.We analyze the main causes of radiation accidents and discuss the problems ex-isting in mobile radioactive source management from multiple perspectives.We put forward practical measures and sugges-tions to avoid or reduce the occurrence of similar accidents.Our findings contribute to the protection of the radiation health and safety of radiation workers and the public.
