深圳龙岗区2023年"9·7"极端特大暴雨洪涝灾害风险评估与对策

2023年9月7-8日,深圳市出现超历史纪录的极端特大暴雨,打破了深圳市1952年有气象记录以来7项历史极值,其中龙岗区暴雨中心爱联河片区3h降雨量超100年一遇,导致城市内涝积水.以深圳龙岗区爱联河片区为例,构建城市暴雨洪涝耦合模型,对2023年"9·7"极端特大暴雨洪涝情况进行模拟,分析龙岗中心城区内涝积水情况,为揭示洪涝灾害成因和提出防治对策提供依据.
Risk assessment and countermeasures of flood and waterlogging caused by"9·7"extreme heavy rainstorm in Longgang District of Shenzhen City in 2023
From September 7 to 8,2023,a record breaking extremely heavy rainstorm occurred in Shenzhen City,breaking seven historical extremes since 1952 when there was a meteorological record in Shenzhen.Among them,the 3 hour rainfall in Ailian River area,the center of rainstorm in Longgang District,exceeded the 100 year return period,leading to serious urban waterlogging.Taking the Ailian River area of Longgang District as an example,this paper constructs a coupled model of urban rainstorm and flood,simulates the flood situation of the"9·7"extremely heavy rainstorm in Shenzhen in 2023,analyzes the flooding situation in the central downtown of Longgang,and provides a basis for revealing the causes of flood disasters and proposing prevention and control measures.
