Risk analysis and assessment of urban flooding in Shanghai
Combining the method of multiple return period rainstorm scenarios with the index system method, taking the highly urbanized area of typical plain tidal river network in the central urban area of Shanghai as an example, the comprehensive risk assessment and characteristic analysis of urban flooding were carried out.The results show that the comprehensive risk of urban flooding in the study area is mainly low risk, and the area ratios of low, medium, higher and highest risk areas are 87.60%,7.91%,3.58%and 0.91%respectively.Most districts are general prevention zones, and the area ratios of first-level key prevention zones and second-level key prevention zones are 1.32%and 1.31%respectively.The risk assessment framework of"hazard-vulnerability-safety"can comprehensively evaluate the disaster hazard,disaster-affected body vulnerability and disaster prevention and mitigation safety under the situation of social and economic development, which is conducive to improving the resilience level of urban flooding safety.
