湖南省涔天河水库应对极端暴雨的防洪调度研究

为提高应对流域极端暴雨的控制性水库防洪调度能力,以湖南省涔天河水库应对2022年6月中下旬湘江流域上游潇水流域极端暴雨的防洪调度实践为例,在综合分析流域雨水情特点的基础上,总结了防洪调度工作的主要经验做法,剖析了主要存在的问题,并提出了未来提升潇水流域防洪能力的工作对策和建议,以期为中小流域控制性水库应对极端暴雨的防洪调度提供一定的经验借鉴.
Study on flood scheduling of Centianhe Reservoir in Hunan Province in response to extreme rainstorm
In order to improve the flood scheduling capacity of the control reservoir in response to extreme rainstorm in the basin,taking the flood scheduling practice of Centianhe Reservoir in Hunan Province in response to extreme rainstorm in the Xiaoshui River Basin in the upper reaches of the Xiangjiang River Basin in mid to late June 2022 as an example,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of rainfall regime in the basin,this paper summarizes the main experience and practices of flood scheduling,analyzes the main problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the flood control capacity of the Xiaoshui River Basin in the future,with a view to providing some experience for the flood scheduling of the control reservoirs in small and medium-sized basins in response to extreme rainstorm.
