东江流域博罗站旱警流量分析研究

旱警水位(流量)是确定江河湖库干旱预警等级的重要指标,是启动抗旱应急响应的重要依据.以东江流域博罗站为例,开展了旱警流量确定分析研究.以重点河湖生态流量保障目标、东江流域生态流量保障实施方案、东江流域水量调度方案、东江流域综合规划等为依据,选择生活、农业、航运及生态等用水需求作为主要分析因子,结合2008-2021年度年枯水期实际来水情况,综合确定博罗站的旱警流量为256 m3/s,干旱预警时段为当年10月至次年3月.从不同角度对本成果进行了合理性分析,并对下一步工作进行了思考.
A case study of the drought alarm flow at Bolo Hydrologic Station in Dongjiang River Basin
Drought warning water level(flow)is an important index to determine the drought warning level of rivers,lakes and reservoirs,and an important basis to start the drought emergency response.Taking Boluo hydrologic station in the Dongjiang River Basin as an example,a study was conducted on the determination of drought warning flow.Based on the ecological flow guarantee objectives of key rivers and lakes,the implementation plan of ecological flow guarantee,the water scheduling plan,and the comprehensive planning of Dongjiang River Basin,the water demands for living,agriculture,shipping,and ecology were selected as the main analysis factors.Combined with the actual water inflow during the annual dry season from 2008 to 2021,the drought warning flow of Boluo Station was determined to be 256 m3/s,and the drought warning period was from October of the current year to March of the next year.The rationality of this achievement is analyzed from different angles,and the next work is considered.
