基于暴雨衰减特性的江苏镇江市综合暴雨公式研究

推求不同历时的暴雨强度公式是城市防洪排涝规划设计的重要基础性工作.利用江苏镇江市丹徒气象站1981-2016年逐分钟实测降雨资料,分析暴雨强度随暴雨历时变化关系,基于暴雨衰减规律,推求单一重现期的暴雨强度公式,并借鉴雨力公式编制不同重现期的长历时综合暴雨强度公式.结果表明,不同重现期1~24 h历时区间的暴雨衰减指数约为0.683;综合暴雨强度公式可推求历时1~24 h、重现期2~100 a的设计暴雨,平均相对均方根误差、平均绝对均方根误差分别为3.874%、0.025 mm/min,满足规范要求.研究成果可为江苏镇江市构建排水防洪除涝一体化管控系统与推动海绵城市建设提供基础支撑.
Study on comprehensive rainstorm formula based on rainstorm attenuation characteristics in Zhenjiang City of Jiangsu Province
It is an important basic work for urban flood and drainage planning and design to calculate the intensity formula of rainstorm with different duration.The minutely-measured rainfall data from 1981 to 2016 in Dantu Meteorological Station of Zhenjiang city of Jiangsu Province,was assembled to establish the relationship between rainstorm intensity and duration.The rainstorm intensity formulas for all of the single return periods were derived based on the rainstorm attenuation law,and then the comprehensive rainstorm formula applicable to different return periods was explored by drawing on the rainfall force formulae.The results show that,the rainstorm intensity attenuation index of 1~24 h in different return periods are approximately 0.683.The compiled comprehensive rainstorm formula could be utilized for design storm calculation of any duration(1~24 h)and any return period(2~100 a),and the relative and absolute root mean square error of the comprehensive formula are 3.874%and 0.025 mm/min,which conforms to requirements of the standard,respectively.The research results can provide basic support for Zhenjiang city to build an integrated drainage,flood and waterlogging control system and promote the construction of sponge city.
