Construction and practice of the female whole-life-cycle health management system and platform
Based on the experience of women's health care management in Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital in Jiangsu Province,a three-tier health management system focusing on health education,risk and disease management was built,and a health management platform of women's whole life cycle was established including the integration of disease prevention,treatment and health management.The platform realizes the interconnection of clinical treatment and health care management,which pushes health education information smartly,identifies health risk factors automatically,and guides disease diagnosis,treatment and follow-up services intelligently.It improves patients'medical experience and establishes women's full-life-cycle health management service mode effectively.This article summarizes and elaborates on the practice of the health management system and platform,provides countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide evidence for current women's full-life-cycle health management service.
