In order to improve the efficiency of administrative management,promote delivering of quality resources to the grassroots level through information approach,and enhance the capabilities and technical skill of women and children's health service personnel,an information platform covering the whole life cycle of women and children was established in Sichuan province.This article described the overall design,key technology,implementation and function of the platform,summarized the achievements of this information system construction in Sichuan Province,and put forward feasible suggestions for future development.It is imperative to carry out the informatization of women and children's health in Sichuan province,and the level and quality of information service can be improved through intelligent management,which is crucial for application and promising development.
